Shipping costs are based on the value of your order.  See chart below for shipping costs:

2nd Day Delivery is available for an additional $10.00 per shipment.

What is the estimated time for delivery?
Personalized items will usually ship within 4 to 5 business days. Items not in stock will usually ship within 2 weeks.  If an item will take longer than 2 weeks, you will be notified via email.

Although we make every effort to have orders shipped in a timely fashion, AllStarSportsawards.com cannot guarantee any delivery or shipment dates.

Although we offer expedited shipping options, please be aware that this affects transit time only. It will not affect our normal order processing times.


Can I stop by your store?
AllStarSportsAwards.com is not a full service store and cannot accept walk-in customers. This helps us keep our costs low and pass our savings on to you.

What do I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at  andy@allstarsportsawards.com or call us at 954-849-2562 within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to exchange the damaged or incorrect item at no charge to you.

What is your return policy?

Personalized and custom products are non-returnable and non-refundable. All personalized items are created based on the text entered on the website by you.  If the personalization is incorrect from what was entered, a replacement product will be mailed at no additional charge.  If you entered the text incorrectly, we will honor a 25% discount on a replacement item.

 
Do you ship outside of the United States?
AllStarSportsAwards.com only ships within the United States.

Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipped to Florida will have 6% sales tax added to applicable items.

Do you have a catalog?
Since we are constantly updating our product line, we cannot offer a catalog.
